neosecret: Making these “sparklies” was my thang when I was a kid playing neopets. I had my own legit website to archive them at neopenguins.com (the mascot was a bruce) complete with hideous bright red cartoon flame background and comic sans headers. And I had hundreds of these things with copy-and-paste code boxes underneath them to stick on your look up or shop or whatever. IDK.
